New Patient Consultation
Once an initial phone call has been made to set up the complimentary initial exam you will receive a letter from our office. The letter will welcome you to our office and will include a health history to be completed at home and brought to the appointment. A map to our office is, also, included. Information about orthodontic treatment is, also, provided for you to read.

There is no obligation to have the initial exam.

We offer a complimentary initial exam to discuss and address your concerns about your bite, teeth, and smile. During this exam you will meet Dr. Wiedman and his team of expert orthodontic team members. You will have the opportunity to visit the office and see just how we build beautiful smiles and healthy bites. At the initial exam, Dr. Wiedman will explain what he sees as the best course of orthodontic treatment. A full explanation will be given as to what the treatment will be, length of time, what will be accomplished, cost of treatment and insurance benefits you may have.

Records will be taken, which include photos of the teeth and face, digital panoramic and celphlometric X-Rays and impressions for study models. The records are used for diagnosing and treatment planning.

Payment Options
If you have insurance, we will have your insurance information for you so that proper fees can be quoted. Some insurance will dictate the fees for orthodontic treatment while others will share in the cost. A full breakdown will be explained to you. Our office handles most all insurance programs, including most PPO's and all indemnity insurance. All costs will be written out and explained.
