CAROLE CHEN

Carole is one of our two Treatment Coordinators, and is responsible for new patient exams and observation patients. She is the friendly face you see traveling around the office speaking with everyone. Carole has been with Mission City Orthodontics for 6 years.Carole lives on a ranch and is a lover of all animals, with several horses, dogs, cats, rabbits, birds. Even the squirrels and lizards are her friends.

NANCY AVILES, Financial Coordinator

Nancy has worked for Mission City Orthodontics for 6 years. Nancy handles all the financial arrangements in the office along with billing and collections. She is well versed in all Insurance issues and concerns you might have with verification or eligibility. Nancy has a strong background in finances and is here to help you with your financial arrangements.

JANET MATA

Janet is our Records Coordinator, and is the friendly face you see taking records of our new patients and those just out of braces. She also manages our lab in the back office, and helps the doctors work on appliances, as needed for our patients.

KRISTIE CANO, RDA

Kristie is our Clinical Supervisor. She has worked in the field of Orthodontics for many years, is a registered dental assistant and lives in the Antelope Valley. With many years of training she is an added treasure to our team here at Mission City Orthodontics.

CYNTHIA ENCISO, Scheduling Coordinator

Cynthia Enciso, is our Scheduling Coordinator. Cynthia is also our TLink expert and is happy to set you up on our TLink or help you with any questions that you might have in getting started to view your records and account on line.

ERIKA VILLARREAL, RDA

Erika started with Mission City Orthodontics in June of 2005. Erika is a team member who brings enthusiasm and experience to our office. With many years of orthodontics experience behind her we all find Erika to be a great value to our office.

EDWIN DIEGO, RDA

Edwin has been working in the Dental Field for 12 years. He is a gifted assistant and makes all of our patients feel welcome. Edwin likes seeing the orthodontic patient go through the different stages of treatment and seeing the final results. He likes traveling, bike riding and cars!

SALVADOR SILVA JR.

Sal works part time at Mission City Orthodontics while attending college. He works in sterilization and the lab. Sal is a helping hand whenever needed!

VANESSA NATER, RDA

Vanessa is one of our newest members to our team here at Mission City Orthodontics and has worked in the dental field for many years. As on of our Treatment Coordinators, she is responsible for our new patients and oversees all aspects of new patients entering the practice.

HECTOR CORTES, RDA

Hector has been with Mission City Orthodontic since 2003. He is a talented orthodontic assistant and brings years of orthodontic experience to us. The patients love Hector's caring ways and great personality.

CECILIA RODRIQUEZ, Front Office Coordinator

Cecilia joined the team in the front office. She handles all front office activities. Along with the front office Cecilia occasionally will works the back office and helps out with our digital x -rays and new patients records. Cecilia will be able to assists you with any questions you might have about orthodontic treatment. She is currently having a healthy bite and beautiful smile built here at Mission City Orthodontics.

RUTH PONCE, Assistant Financial Coordinator

Ruth has joined the practice in the front office. She is assisting Nancy in billing, insurance and collections. Ruth has been involved in Mission City Orthodontics since she was a child. Her mother Ruth had worked for Dr. Wiedman for 15 years until she moved out of state. Ruth will be able to handle any of your financial concerns. Ruth had her braces done here at Mission City Orthodontics years ago and we think Ruth has a dynamite smile.
