Laurie has worked in the orthodontic field for over 25 years and has been with Mission City Orthodontics for 6 years. Laurie enjoys working with our team, patients and the community. In her free time, Laurie likes hiking, yoga and spending time with her family.

What I love about our office: I really enjoy having the confidence that our patients are receiving the highest level of care in a warm and professional environment.
What I love about our doctors: They are very good listeners and value everyone’s opinion. They really care about all their patients and staff members.

Nancy
Financial Coordinator

Nancy has been with Mission City Orthodontics for over 8 years! Nancy is responsible for billing and insurance matters and is here to answer all of your financial questions. She loves spending time with her husband and two young children.

What I love about our office:  I love this office because at the end of treatment, I get to see the patients that I have built relationships with walk out with confidence because of their beautiful smiles.
What I love about our doctors: I have the upmost respect for the excellent results they achieve, and have always felt proud to work here. In turn, they have made me feel like I am an important part of the practice.

Carla
Treatment Coordinator

Carla was born and raised in Lima, Peru and graduated from college with a degree in Linguistics. After college, she completed a certification program in health care billing and coding. Carla loves meeting our new patients and assists them in getting to know our practice.

What I love about our office: I love the atmosphere in our office. The entire staff is an extension of our family and we really do treat patients like family. Because of our service, and our high level of care, our patients come from long distances to see us.
What I love about our doctors: The friendliness of our office is undeniable and it is impossible to be in a bad mood while working! There is not a day where you will catch the doctors without a smile on their faces.

Jennifer
Front Office Coordinator

Jennifer helps patients with scheduling their appointments and is the first smiling face you see here. Her main goal is to make sure that our patients' appointments are as comfortable and welcoming as possible. In her free time, Jennifer loves spending time with her daughter.

Brenda has been an orthodontic assistant for over 20 years and is committed at keeping our patients happy and comfortable.  Brenda keeps our back office running smoothly and takes pride in delivering exceptional care to our patients.  Originally from Massachusetts, Brenda enjoys spending time with her son and her wonderful husband.

What I love about our office:  I love helping people to achieve a better looking smile and see how happy they are with their results. We always strive for excellence!

Esme has been with Mission City Orthodontics for over 12 years. Esme enjoys helping to create beautiful smiles. She loves watching her sons play sports and reading with her daughter.

What I love about our office:  After 12 years with the doctors, we make a great team. I often know exactly what they need before they ask!

Shannan
Lab Coordinator

Shannan is the friendly face you will see as we take your initial photos and final records during your treatment. Shannon is also in charge of the thorough cleaning and sterilization of our instruments.
