Playstation Giveaway Smile Referral Contest

We would like to introduce our “Playstation Giveaway Smile Referral Contest” at Mission City Orthodontics. Each time a patient referral comes to our office and the patient begins treatment with us, your name goes into our drawing for a PSP System! We will draw twice a year for our PSP winner!

Your name will be entered into the drawing on a “first come, first served basis” per patient. There is NO limit to the number of patient referrals you can submit to Mission City Orthodontics. Your name will be entered into the drawing as soon as the patient begins treatment.
